The answer is maybe it windows work with no problem and maybe it will not work. I have discovered from personal experience that some of the upgrade keys will not allow activation on a clean install. It depends on exactly how you do the installation. If you do not enter a key during the initial installation phase when prompted and Widnows enter the Upgrade Key to activate, it download free work.
